What's the difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2?

Tier 1 returns metadata about an earnings call — the canonical IR URL, call date, fiscal period, ticker — plus, on paid tiers, structured fields like confidence and section coverage. Tier 2 actually parsesthe call: speaker-attributed Q&A pairs, prepared remarks vs. analyst questions, and our tonal/skepticism scoring. Tier 1 is cheap and cacheable; Tier 2 is more expensive because it runs the model pipeline per request.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. There's no contract or annual minimum on Free, Hobbyist, Startup, or Pro — cancel any time from your dashboard.

What happens if I exceed my quota?

Tier 1 calls beyond your monthly quota return 429 Too Many Requests with a Retry-After header until the next reset. On Pro, Tier 2 calls overflow to $0.05 per call and we email you when usage exceeds 110% of plan — heavy users should move to Enterprise. Rate limits (per-hour) always return 429; per-month quotas reset on the first of each calendar month UTC.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Not on the self-serve tiers — pricing is the same monthly or annual. Enterprise contracts are negotiated separately and typically include annual commitment discounts.

Is there a free trial?

The Free tier is the trial. 1,000 Tier 1 calls per month is enough to evaluate every endpoint that ships on Free. No credit card required to sign up. Paid tiers have no separate trial because the Free tier already lets you see exactly what you'd be paying for.
